How do I know my project was received?

After completing payment, you'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours acknowledging your project and confirming the start date of your chase.

What happens during the chase?

You won't hear from us during the contemplation period - this is by design. Radio silence means we're deep in the thinking process. We may reach out only if we need a critical piece of information.

Can I make changes to my submission after payment?

Minor clarifications are possible within 24 hours of payment. Significant changes may require starting a new project.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

All payments are non-refundable once the chase begins. You're purchasing our time and expertise, not guaranteed satisfaction with recommendations.

Do you offer implementation support?

We provide the framework and roadmap. Implementation is separate and not part of our current service offerings.

How do I book multiple projects?

Complete one project before starting another. We can only chase one elephant at a time to ensure quality focus.

48 hours from payment confirmation to delivery

Note: Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. Delivery times begin after payment confirmation and project acceptance.
